Do you want to challenge yourself and be our new team leader for one of our embedded teams? Share your time between working in projects and managing a team of great colleagues, develop yourself as a leader, as well as evolve your technical skills. We call in Competence Team Lead (CTL) – we are organizing focused on competence; in your team you will have peers within your own competence area where you will share and build new competencies.
At Cybercom we are changing the world! Together with Ericsson we develop cutting edge 5G solutions, in Automotive we design the autonomous cars of the future, and in IoT we change the connected world. Your projects will be in world leading technologies and together with our customers we are shaping the future.
The market for our highly advanced services is growing rapidly and we estimate 50% growth during the year and we need YOU to form our teams.
Your leadership role requires you to:
- Motivate and inspire your coworkers.
- Actively work to create team spirit and unity.
- Be responsible for the group's competence developing activities.
- Work with salary, development, and other issues regarding your team.
In combination with leading your team you will also develop yourself within embedded systems by actively working within one of our focus areas.
Who are you?
You are passionate about your work, love to share and coach, and embody our values: Passion, Innovation and Trust. We strive to have 50% female leaders and we are currently at 30% and looking to improve that.
You need to have several years of experience from working with:
- C/C++ in embedded software development.
- Embedded Linux.
- Realtime Systems.
- GIT and Scrum.
Ideally, you also have worked with embedded software architecture, design, and verification. Python, Shell Scripting, XML, Autosar, Qt, and test automation are other skills we would be happy to see on your resume. We expect that you’re a person with excellent communication skills and you have a big interest in supporting and coaching other people in their development. You’re passionate about team work, you like to share your knowledge, and you dare to try new, innovative solutions. To be a successful leader, you also have to be egoless, encourage discussions, and be able to handle feedback in a good way. We believe that you'll become an ambassador for Cybercom and should therefore have an understanding for the company’s client value, be interested in how we do our business, and want to continue developing our company together with our clients.
