Java Competence Manager to Cybercom
Development & Test – Gothenburg

This is a great opportunity for you who wants to share your time between working in projects and managing a team of great colleagues, thus developing yourself as a leader as well as a technician. We call it Competence Team Lead (CTL)!
Cybercom is expanding and we are now looking for a manager to run our new Java team that also will include FrontEnd developers. The new team is part of our focus to enhance the commitment for our key areas in order to continue our position as Gothenburg’s best
In combination with leading your team you will also develop yourself within the Java and/or Front End area by actively working with different projects.
Your leadership role requires you to:
- Motivate and inspire your coworkers.
- Actively work to create team spirit and unity.
- Be responsible for the group's competence developing activities.
- You have full staff liability so you are responsible for salary, development, and other issues regarding your team.

There's no question that you feel comfortable working with different components within
application development in Java. You are an experienced developer and we are convinced that you understand what it takes to write beautiful code and you’re always striving to better
yourself in your profession.
We would be happy to see that:
- You have a BSc or MSc in software development, computer science, or equivalent education.
- You are an experience Java developer working with Java EE technologies and Spring framework.
We see that you’re a person with excellent communication skills and you have a big interest in supporting and coaching other people in their development. You’re passionate
about team work, you like to share your knowledge, and you dare to try new, innovative solutions. To be a successful leader at Cybercom you have to be unconcerned with ego, encourage discussions, and be able to handle feedback in a good way.
