Since we have it all in one company – developers, testers, UX-designers, architects, project managers, business analysts, cloud specialists, secuity specialists, service managers, configuration managers – we can take an full cycle approch to our projects. Even if we work for a client, these project is usally run for our office i Malmö, inhouse.
Some may worry about us beeing a larger company (200 employees in Malmö). We say, worry no more! We do not have 10 steps from you to the top manager, we’re a flat orginisation with very down-to-earth-culture. The leaders in the company loves a game of ping-pong or an afterwork just like everybody else.
The IT world has gone crazy with Frontend!
That is absolutely true, Frontend is as hot as never before! We’re about 20 frontend developers in Malmö as of now, and we’d love to (no overstatement!) double that this year.
Our Frontend developers, and also the ideal candidates for us, likes to operate in a bit wider competence area. They’re not scared of going a little bit against backend parts with for exemple node.js or have passion or feeling for UX. Mabye they even have some CMS knowledge – even better!
